I started Health Journey Shop because building a home gym shouldn't require a commercial-equipment budget or a warehouse's worth of research. I pick a small lineup of equipment I'd put in my own garage — benches and racks with real weight capacities, dumbbells that actually hold up — and skip the gimmicks.
